Shipping policy

Shipping rates may vary according to the location.

LEENO allows you to examine the products and try them on upon delivery. If you decide to keep the order (fully or partially) you will pay for the items you decided to purchase plus the delivery fees. You may decide to return the order partially or fully. In all cases delivery fees are due.

Courier will call you to arrange delivery, please make sure to take delivery of the order personally. In case the customer postpones the order more than 24 hours from the courier call the order is automatically cancelled. In case of a any change in the delivery location please contact us directly and not the courier. Please receive the order personally to inspect the order. Street deliveries are not allowed. At delivery courier will allow you time to check order and try it. This is the only time order may be returned.
Upon accepting the order, and the departure of the courier order may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. PLEASE ENSURE YOU EXAMINE THE PRODUCT AND TRY IT ON. YOU MAY RETURN THE ORDER AND PAY ONLY THE DELIVERY FEES. ONCE RECEIVED AND PAID FOR THE ORDER MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON.

The order must not exceed 3 items per order( or a maximum value of LE 5000 )due to shipping company restrictions on order size  ( a set of 2 pieces is considered 2 pieces not one).

Delivery in Greater Cairo within 2 days.
Delivery to the rest of the Governorates within 4-7 work days.

Shipping fees for all governorates  except Cairo and Giza should be paid in advance. 

Orders from Upper Egypt, Red sea, north coast, Fayoum, Giza suburbs should be paid in advance via instapay or any electronic wallets and we don’t accept any returns or refunds from these governorates due to the late delivery of the returns back to our warehouse.
